If you go down the river to the Tower of London,you will pass St Paul`s Cathedral on the way. This is a very old and beautiful church, designed in the late 17th century by Sir Christopher Wren to replace a previous cathedral destroyed in the Fire of London, and completed in 1710. The cathedral contains the graves of many famous people. As a change from sightseeing, you could go shopping along Oxford Street, or maybe if you like animals, go to London Zoo, which was established in the early 19th century. There`s a lot to do and see in the capital.
