Start with: “I’d like to describe picture № ... . The picture shows …”
I’d like to describe picture № 2. The picture shows us a well-known browser. The photo was (probably) taken inside. In this picture the action is taking place in the room. This is a screen shot. Looking at this picture I get the impression that the person sitting at the computer is thinking about something important. Google is one of the most popular search engines, so it can be useful for everybody. The colors of its logo are bright and clear. I like the picture because the atmosphere is peaceful. I like using Google search. It makes me think of school and homework.
