I would like to describe picture three.
The photo shows a doctor in a doctor's office. He is wearing a white doctor's jacket and a blue doctor's cap. He is sitting on a chair at a desk and talking on the phone. There are some prescriptions in his hand. He looks tired because he has a lot of work to do.
Personally, I don't really like the photo because I am afraid of doctors.
