— the action;
— the person’s appearance;
— whether you like the picture or not;
— why.

The photo shows a man. He is in bed. Perhaps, he is at hospital. He seems to be ill. The man is wearing a warm scarf and pajamas. He is drinking something from a cup.
Personally, I don't like the photo because I hate being ill.
