Dear Kate,

How are you? I hope you're doing great!

I want to tell you about the most amazing weekend of my life! I go to dance festivals in other cities very often, but last Saturday I went to my first music festival with my best friend Lisa, who came from a small town to enjoy the festival called "Summer Beat". It took place in a big park in the centre of our city. We were so excited! When we arrived, we saw thousands of people dancing and having fun. The atmosphere was incredible! There were colourful lights everywhere and the music was really loud. At first, I was a little nervous because it was my first big concert, but Lisa helped me feel comfortable.

We watched several bands perform, but my favourite one was a young group called "Electric Dreams". Their songs were so catchy! I couldn't stop dancing. Lisa and I sang along to all their popular songs. During the performance the lead singer even waved to our side of the crowd  — I think he was waving at me!

Between concerts we explored the festival area. There were so many cool things to do! We got temporary tattoos, took funny photos, and tried delicious food from different countries. I ate the most amazing Mexican tacos I've ever tasted!

The best part was when we met some other teenagers from a different school. They were very friendly and we danced together during the final concert. We exchanged social media contacts and promised to stay in touch.

When the festival ended at midnight, Lisa and I were tired but extremely happy. This experience showed me how music can bring people together and create unforgettable memories. I believe going to festivals with friends is a good way to spend free time and get new emotions.
